Business-to-business terms for the therestao restaurant operating platform.

1. Provider and agreement
The service provider identified on Stripe Checkout and the invoice, trading as therestao, supplies the service to the restaurant business named during registration. Public contact: therestao@umakue.se, Kista Gårdsväg 8, 164 55 Stockholm, Sweden.
The agreement is formed when an authorized restaurant Owner accepts the displayed terms and completes the applicable signup or Checkout flow.
2. Service and permitted use
therestao provides restaurant administration, purchasing, receiving, stock, recipe, menu, kitchen, reporting, and related operating workflows. The customer is responsible for lawful use, user access, source data, and restaurant decisions.
AI analysis produces reviewable proposals only. It never automatically changes stock, prices, suppliers, recipes, menus, roles, or compliance-sensitive data.
3. Price, branches, and VAT
The current launch price is 599 SEK per active branch per month, including 25% Swedish VAT, with a minimum of one billed branch. One branch is therefore 599 SEK per month and each additional active branch uses the published branch price shown before Checkout.
Annual or other prepaid prices, add-ons, and AI credit packs apply only when an active catalog price is displayed. Any saving is calculated from the exact published monthly and prepaid totals; no unpublished discount is promised.
4. Trial, coupons, and credits
Where offered, the standard subscription trial lasts 14 consecutive 24-hour periods from successful organization self-registration or explicit platform activation, whichever applies. The exact end timestamp controls the trial. Stripe may display only the remaining whole days, so its rounded day count can be lower than 14 after the trial has started. A valid coupon may add a bounded number of free trial days or apply a percentage or fixed discount. Codes are subject to their displayed time window, customer eligibility, usage limits, and one-code-at-a-time rule.
The separate, one-time supplier-document AI trial provides five document-analysis uses per restaurant organization. It is created only after an authorized restaurant Owner gives current consent and the configured AI provider is ready. Platform Admin cannot reset or increase this trial.
Paid AI credits are recurring monthly page allowances attached to the purchased quantity. They do not replenish or extend the separate five-use AI trial. Unused monthly pages do not roll over unless Checkout expressly says otherwise.
5. Billing and renewal
Stripe processes payment details. Before leaving therestao, the customer sees the plan, quantity, interval, VAT treatment, trial or paid-now disposition, coupon result, add-ons, and recurring total. The subscription renews for the selected interval until canceled.
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds and credits are not promised except where required by law or expressly confirmed in writing. Failed payment may result in grace, restricted, or read-only access under the displayed policy.
6. Customer data and security
The customer must keep credentials secure, assign least-privilege roles, and promptly report suspected misuse. Operational history may be retained for audit, integrity, billing, security, and legal obligations.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided with reasonable operational care but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Material commercial changes are presented before they take effect; activated catalog versions and accepted billing evidence are not silently rewritten.
8. Liability and compliance boundary
therestao is an operating tool, not legal, tax, accounting, medical, or food-safety advice. The restaurant remains responsible for statutory reporting, food safety, allergens, employment, tax, and fiscal requirements. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable Swedish law and the written agreement.
9. Governing law and contact
Swedish law governs the B2B agreement. The parties should first try to resolve disputes through therestao@umakue.se; unresolved disputes may be brought before the competent Swedish court.
